Olivia graduated from Cornell University in 2016 with a degree in Human Development and minors in Health Policy and Business. During college, she was a member of The Touchtones, an all-female a cappella group. Olivia is a Project Coordinator at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), where she supports quality improvement projects in the Europe region and for strategic partners of IHI. When Olivia isn’t singing with this lovely crew, you can find her helping lead an environmental sustainability team at IHI, hiking with her roomies, crying from happiness at concerts, exploring new restaurants in Cambridge, and playing with her beta fish, Justin Swimberlake.
