Though his most prominent musical background is in traditional choral singing, Isaiah has been singing contemporary a cappella for 10 years. After attending several enriching choir programs within the Bethel School District, Isaiah went off to study music at Central Washington University where he participated in various ensembles and co-founded CWU’s first ever a cappella group.

When he’s not behind the mic, and you might find Isaiah rollerblading the streets of Tacoma, yo-yo in hand. Isaiah says that these activities act as a type of meditation for him, and gives him an opportunity to take a break from the stresses of life and focus on one thing. “The reward of learning a new trick or element feels amazing, and developing comfort in handling the chaos is therapeutic.”
