Mike Fitch lives in Winston-Salem, NC where he works as an emergency physician and Professor and Vice Chair for Academic Affairs at the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He has been singing tenor in competitive a cappella quartets since 1988 in Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and Virginia.
