Since graduating college with degrees in music and psychology, Mordy has been a fixture in the Jewish a cappella scene for a number of years. He sang with Queens College's Tizmoret, and even founded his own group, Yeshiva University's Y-Studs, arranging, producing, and recording music for those groups' recent albums. Always looking to get his hands on anything musical, Mordy frequents "open mic" nights, karaoke parties, and Shabbat zemirot… parties. When not singing with Six13, Mordy is likely to be found teaching music at the Shefa School, learning a new instrument, or working in the studio.
