T.J. is the Choral and Drama Director at a middle school in New York, where he directs three choirs and the musical theater program. His choral program has been recognized as one of the Best Communities for Music Education (BCME) in the U.S. by The NAMM Foundation. T.J. has created and taught seminars to assist educators aspiring to establish engaging theater programs in their own schools. He also serves as a mentor for collegiate pre-service music teachers in the field. T.J. earned degrees in Music Education from Five Towns College, where he was a founding member of the institution’s storied collegiate barbershop program
